Brian: I like that we made a thought connection there. Also, having a real-world example like that adds support for the point. Creating a win-win situation before this predicament had occurred would have involved knowing that you would either retain your truck at its full value or obtain market value for it, as long as you did not settle for an unreasonable offer. Dealing with the time factor, of time going by during the process, could be done by finding a buyer each day or week, so that you would know that probability was working in your favor as time went on, negating the effects of lowering market value of the truck.

Wow, that really makes you think. That's a great post. It's like when a deal to sell my pickup truck fell through a while back. I was very disappointed but then two days later someone else bought it at full price. I made an extra three hundred dollars because the first deal went bad. So now it's an easy exercise to use that experience to mentally prepare for future deals.

Elijah, that is a solid point as they will drain your efforts. Sire, that is true if it is not a properly-planned win-win predicament, but if it is, both ends result in a victory.

Whilst all this is true, I reckon that those with a win win attitude that actually lose will suffer more rejection than a person going in with a win lose attitude.

Although a positive attitude will certainly help bring out a positive outcome it does not necessarily make it so.

I'm with Henrique all the way... Superbly written (as all of your content seems) and very easy to absorb.

I'm a fan of cutting useless ties and eliminating relationships that do not meet me at least half way.. kind of like ripping off band aids..

Hey Armen :}
Just read this article and believe me, I wasn't expecting anything else from you, a well-built article that makes perfect sense, with a huge plus, an easy explanation.

Great Job.
