When there is a time that you have something in front of you to do, and you tell yourself “maybe I will do it later”, you are indirectly saying that a later version of you might have something that gives him more ability to take care of the item. This can cause problems when “later” arrives and you still aren’t interested in doing it, because now more time has passed and the item may start to seem to be beyond your ability. To deal with this, you have to think about the messages you are telling yourself and the effects of the passage of time.
One key point to work with is that the “later” you will probably be less energetic about this item of work/creation/action that you have postponed. The “later” version of you will remember the “now” you that didn’t get the material completed, and may be disappointed enough to want to postpone it again. A rational way to clear this up in your mind is to follow the guidance that the “now” you is always more able and willing to perform an action than the “later” you. Therefore, if the item to be completed is important enough to you(there is a good chance that it is), remember that there is a higher risk of it not getting done if the “now” you doesn’t do it.
As an example, you may have an e-mail you are looking to write to someone that would include information relevant to the occurrences of that day. Allowing yourself to leave it to be done later could leave you in a mix-up because the day’s events may slip out of your head, thoughts of worry related to your delay in responding may arise, and another action to be performed may now be added to the list of items that you have in mind to complete. However, performing it at the “now” stage would allow you to clearly point out things from the day as they are still fresh in your mind. The e-mail would probably be sent smoothly and within a reasonable time-frame. The difference between these two scenarios is as large as the difference between up and down.

I always sleep a lot better when I get things done before I go to sleep instead of thinking I will do it in the morning. Or even if I just make a list of things I have to remember to do the next day. I VOTE THIS PASSAGE…. TRUE
I belive it is now or never. I VOTE FOR THIS TOO
That sure is what I am referring to Kelly. There is no good reason to leave something negative for the next fresh day. It isn’t really friendly to your future self. Rosa brings up a good point in that if you are not wanting to do something now, you might never want to do it.
From a child to a parent this will always be a prioritized slogan. I feel to bring up someone into this world, my personal aim would to get them to stick to this motive as much as possible
