Struggle vs. Results

Arnold Schwarzenegger once spoke to a group of younger individuals on the show “The Apprentice”, and he pointed out some vital information to them.  He mentioned that he became successful in the movie field because he ignored the people that said he couldn’t become a famous actor due to his accent or background.  As a person becomes more successful, other people around him end up saying to themselves, “why him and not me?”, and almost all individuals will respond in a jealous fashion to bring the person down.  Arnold also said that a person can reach their goal if they are hungry.  Another point that Arnold made was that the pain or trouble that a person goes through to succeed is temporary while the success that results from it is permanent.  He said that the pain he went through to make a scene for a movie was temporary, but that the film was permanent.  This boils down to the idea that it is worth it to struggle heavily now for an improved result that will continue to give back to the individual that caused it to be created.
