I agree with that point about saying “lesson learned”. Sometimes your mind is saying “yeah but…”, but those thoughts are usually useless. Analyzing the past only makes sense to do for a very short bit before looking ahead again.

Those people’s opinions sure are irrelevant at that time. No one wants unhelpful “help” when the situation they are in is tougher than normal. I will check that post of yours which is here for any others that want to read it:

really liked how you said to not to see circumstances as annoyances or hindrances. no matter how bad it is, i’m always thinking “lesson learned”.

think that not regarding the comments of others in those circumstances is really power advice. their opinions are… irrelevant!! just wrote post about it called “rap battles and a cuppa tea” about it actually.
